At Dee's Doggy Doo Pickup Service, we thrive to provide quality work. We know our business depends on providing our customers with the best possible service. If at any time you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right by re-scooping your yard or crediting your account.
There is no contract to sign; you may cancel your service at any time. Please call at least 24 hours before your next service appointment to cancel your service. All previous and/or current payments are due immediately upon cancellation.
All services are PRE-PAY. One time cleanings or initial clean-up fee is due at the time of service.
Customers will be billed on the 15th of each month and payment is due by the 1st of the next month. If payment is not received by the 7th of each month, service will be suspended until payment is received.
Depending on waste accumulation, additional fees may apply when restarting service.
We accept checks, cash, or PayPal.
A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
Aggressive Pets or Gate Locks
Please have your gate unlocked on service days. If your pet will be in the yard on service days, we would like to meet your pet ahead of time to ensure s/he will allow us to service your yard. If your pet does not allow us in the yard to clean, we may ask you to restrain your pet for the safety of our employees. If we cannot service your yard because a gate is locked or your pet will not allow us in the yard, we will normally waive your weekly fee for the first time this happens. If this happens in the future, however, you will be charged your weekly fee.
You will not be charged for a skipped service day if you call our office at least 24 hours in advance. We will reschedule your service day when it is more convenient for you.
When resuming your service, please note that if you do not reschedule your service within the same week you will be charged according to the amount of accumulation since your last service.
We try our best to locate and remove the "doo" from your yard. However, if the property is overgrown with grass, leaves, gravel/rock gardens or debris, it may be difficult to find and remove all the doo from the yard. Our service guarantee may not be applicable in these cases.
We observe the following holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving. If a holiday falls on your service day, service will resume the following day, or shortly thereafter. This applies for our vacation times as well.
Due to heavy rain, hail or thunderstorms, we may not be able to service your yard. If we miss a service day due to bad weather, we will resume service as soon as possible. You will not be charged for any missed services due to bad weather.
